Robert works out of town a lot in the spring and summer so when he had a 3 day weekend we jumped at the chance to take a mini vacation to Colorado! A place we had never been with eachother or the kids! We were so excited!!
The long drive went pretty smoothly - it has been awhile since I was in western Kansas and I couldn't believe the windfarms that had popped up! They stretch on for what seems like forever!!
Gotta love a sleepy babe in the car! That sweet yawn looks just like it did when he was a newborn! :)
Meanwhile big sis did a whole lot of this...
Finally we crossed the state line! Time to celebrate and stretch our legs!!
