Lynette's Wedding!

The day after Thanksgiving we headed up to KC to celebrate my best friend's wedding! Lynette and Dave got married in a small intimate ceremony and followed up with a fun reception. You can see the wedding on Steph's blog. When we got there, Elena was excited to see her friend Jensen - they jumped right into playing with the iPad and pretending to have a slumber party together - too cute.

  

The next morning Linds and I grabbed some donuts, (yes we are fans of the long johns!)

and headed over to Lynette's to help with some last minute touches and decorating. There were cake balls everywhere! 

 and don't get me started on these flower pom poms - lets just say Lynette knows that she owes me for these! ;) A preview of the beautiful decorations -

 Then we got all dolled up and headed to the reception to celebrate!

 It was beautiful and so was Lynette. :)

 Then it was time to dance!!

 Elena was literally OBSESSED with Lynette's dress. She kept wanting to get under the "pretty princess skirt" as she kept calling it!

A fun time was had by all and I am so happy for Lynette - she seems truly happy!
