We did a lot the weekend of Halloween! We finally got to go to the pumpkin patch, (we were waiting for Robert to get back from a long road trip before we went). The day turned out to be beautiful and we had a blast together.
Elena loved the giant slide! She made us 'race' her over and over again! :)
She also enjoyed playing on this giant pillow.
Mom and Dad got in on the action too!
The only problem with the pillow (a lot like a trampoline) was when she was on the edge of the side and some kids started really jumping on the opposite end. Needless to say she was thrown up in the air took another huge bounce and flew off! Luckily, Robert was getting ready to get on with her and caught her before she hit the ground! Whew! She was pretty much done with the pillow after that! After that we played some more before we headed to pick out some pumpkins.
She was a little afraid of the pumpkin cannon (as you can see in the first picture) but Robert talked her into shooting it anyways. ;)
The pumpkin patch was a little bare. :( But I guess that is what you get when you go on the last day the place is open!! Elena still managed to find some cute little pumpkins though.
Of course we had to measure how tall she was this fall -
And I couldn't help but look back to the first trip we took with her to the pumpkin patch 2 years ago! Wow is all I can say!! What a difference!!
Each year the pumpkin patch is more and more fun with Elena! What a great day!
