On the morning of July 4th we got up and did our usual routine -- parade and fun in the park! Sometimes I really love living in a small town! :)
He was slightly happy with all the candy they were throwing!
We even got to see some familiar faces in the crowd (Elena's BFF Zeplynn!)
After the parade we headed down to the park for some fun kid acticites...
Including face painting!!
Even the little guy got in on it!
The line was over an hour but with the looks on these two happy kids faces after it was worth it!
On to the games --
We even got to try out a little Frisbee golf on the way back home! Fun!!
After naps we had a nice relaxing evening.
Oh course someone had to go get some more fireworks! (I'll give you one guess on who that might be!)
Our neighborhood was nuts!!! Fireworks everywhere!!
