Parks.

We have been enjoying some great weather and have gotten to spend time at several parks! Elena is making big improvements on the monkey bars!

and of course they are enjoying Alvarez park pretty much nightly! :)

 

 

 

 

 

 It seems to be the neighbor-kids favorite hangout! (and they always seem to end up in their swimsuits!)

Mother's Day {2013}

We had a nice Mother's Day this year. We went over to my parents house and then went out for a late lunch at Outback - yum!

Nothing like a Mommy Margarita! :) 

The color came out very strange on this group pic, but it looks a little better in black and white.

I got this print for my Mom - Dominic's little hand! So sweet. :)

 The only thing my Mom really wanted was for us to help her open the pool. So we did that after we ate! Bring on summer!!! :)

My sweetie made me these beautiful flowers! :)

Elena was so excited about Mother's Day that she made me a card pretty much every day the week leading up to it. :) They were all addressed to Molly instead of Mommy, but I can't really complain when I call my own Mom Teresa!

Ducky Party.

After the Color Run (did I mention this was a super busy weekend?) we headed out for Sofia's 2nd Birthday Party. The decorations were so cute for her duck party!

 Then we headed out for the piñata. Remember how cold the run was that morning? Well, it wasn't any warmer that afternoon!!

This piñata was literally un-breakable! Even the grown ups took swings at it. The stick broke before it did! Lol!

 The kids were cold and tired of waiting - so we gave in and dumped it! Notice how Elena is the last one still there collecting candy. What a sweet tooth she has!

 It was a fun, fun party and I just can't believe Miss Sofia is 2!!

You know it was a good party when you pass out by the end of it! ;)
