Easter this year was a lot of fun! We started out dying eggs with my parents on Good Friday. Elena was so serious about her eggs! She dyed every single one that we had!
Dominic was pretty content to just hang out and watch big sis do her thing.
Like I said, so very serious!

This is fun Mom! He is going to be even more excited when he gets to participate in the dying next year!
We even did some of those shrink-wrap covers on a few of the eggs. Elena thought this was pretty cool.
On Easter Sunday the Easter Bunny came! The kids were pumped!
Do you see that calendar in the background? It is a really awesome countdown calendar that has a bible verse and question that goes along with each day. It was a great way to really talk about the meaning of Easter every day leading up to it. It also has a Thanksgiving and Christmas countdown on the other sides of the boxes too! I bought it here if you would like one for your little one!
This year we headed out to celebrate with our good friends, the Flores family. Look at these kiddos! They are getting so big!
Then they were off on the hunt! There were so many eggs to find!
Dominic joined in too!
It was an absolutely beautiful day!
