4th of July 2010.

Hope you all had a great 4th of July weekend! I got Elena this cute flag dress to wear and just had to do a little photo shoot with her. She is quite the ham for the camera - but can't seem to look at it and smile!

My parents, Marie, Liz and Grady all came over to eat and watch the crazy Park City peeps shoot off fireworks!

Steak, chicken, shrimp, corn, baked potato, and strawberry shortcake! What more could you ask for?! This was seriously one of the best steaks Robert has ever cooked - it was soooo good!

...and because of the off and on rain we had to eat in the garage...bummer. (but at least we were dry!)

The rain finally tapered off in time for the little fireworks and to have some fun before the big fireworks began!

I hate these firecrackers - my least favorite thing about the 4th! So of course Robert had to buy a huge roll of them...

and swing them around himself like a crazy man! See him in the middle? Let's just say the rest of us kept our distance!!

Time for some watermelon and the show to begin!

Elena did so good this year! Last year she was terrified of the noise but this year she loved watching the fireworks and when one ended she would yell, "again!".
