Surprisingly - Elena suddenly decided she wanted to cut her hair! Robert and I were shocked because she never even wanted to trim her hair in the past! She told us she wanted it at her chin!! We decided to go part of the way there and try it and if she still wanted it shorter she could do that next time. Here are the before pics:
