The night before Christmas...

On Christmas Eve we decided to head out to look at Christmas lights. Elena had her hot chocolate and she was ready to go!
Our first stop was at the  Lights on St. Paul. We go through this every year and it is so amazing!!

Then we drove around to a few neighborhoods that always have nice displays. This neighborhood had these awesome lights lining the streets - very cool.

We headed home to warm up with some yummy homemade chicken noodle soup! (I'll share that recipe soon!)
Then we had a quick photo shoot in front of the stockings and tree :)
We left some cookies and milk out for the big guy and then the kids went to bed.
Why oh why do I always end up waiting until the last minute to wrap presents???? I guess it wouldn't be Christmas if this elf wasn't doing some last minute wrapping! ;) While Mama elf wrapped, Daddy elf helped Santa put together this beauty:
Let's just say there is going to be one ecstatic 4 year old in the morning!! (we even had to put it downstairs because it is so huge!!)

Can't wait to see the kiddos faces in the morning! :)
